Spring Fling
The “Spring Fling” is an annual event where parents, faculty, alumni and friends come together to support St. James while enjoying great food, cocktails, and music. There is a live auction, as well as a silent auction, where patrons can bid on trips, wonderful merchandise, and children’s art projects. It is always an exceptionally fun event for everyone. The proceeds from the Spring Fling directly impact our scholars by helping to fund technology in the classrooms, salaries and professional development for faculty, curricular materials, scholarships, grants and financial aid, along with athletics and other enrichment programs. Every dollar we make supports our scholars and has the impact to change our community for the best.
This event draws upon the creativity, vision, and energy of the whole community. There is a job for everyone, from decorations, entertainment, solicitation of auction items and more. All committees are open and everyone is encouraged to find a place to join in, and bring a friend.

Los Patrons $5,000 Sponsorship - Los Patrons table purchases include a table with prime seating at the venue for ten (10) guests who receive dinner and drinks, purchaser recognition on event signage, the ARK Newsletter, school website and social media, and 50 entries in our $2,500 Tuition Credit Drawing.
Los Amigos $2,500 Sponsorship - Los Amigos table purchases include a table with seating for eight (8) guests who receive dinner and drinks, purchaser recognition on event signage, the ARK Newsletter, school website and social media, and 30 entries in our $2,500 Tuition Credit Drawing.
Individual Tickets
A Single Ticket purchase to the Spring Fling includes dinner and drinks for one (1) guest and two (2) entries into the $2500 Tuition Credit Drawing. Cocktail table standing room and some open seating available.

Live and Silent Auction Donations
The Live and Silent Auctions are the main attractions of our Spring Fling. The auctions feature exciting getaway trips, tickets to sporting events, wild game hunts, as well as gift items and opportunities from our local area businesses and shopping centers.
